Raleigh Hills Winecellar
	The Opportunity	The Opportunity: A large unfinished crawl space in this Raleigh Hills home was the starting point for a climate-controlled, modern wine cellar with an "old country" feel. Select a thumbnail to see an enlargement of any photo.

The Realization: The design, layout, construction, custom racking and custom door were done by Lavier Enterprises craftspersons. Insulated walls, floor and ceiling make precise temperature control possible. Warm earth tones and a slate floor add to the ambiance. Finally, an original mural by Portland artist Steven Hayes evokes the rolling hillsides of the wine country.
